Background Information
Hey, everyone these next twelve weeks will be about my progress to getting in shape for the upcoming soccer season. Since I was in kindergarten up to the beginning of eight grade I had played soccer. I played club soccer at twins for most of that time and played in middle school for all three years. I stopped playing because my last year of playing I had multiple injuries which caused me not to be able to really play. Now I'm in tenth grade and miss playing the sport and want to play it again. Also, in middle school I did track and my freshmen year of high school I ran cross country. All, those sports had kept me in shape. In order to now to get in shape I have to do it own my own , this is my journey.
